Jeff Masich, Associate Broker and REALTOR® discusses purchasing a home in Paradise Valley, Arizona
Jeff would be pleased to help you and your family find the perfect home in "Paradise". Did you know that "Mummy Mountain" was originally named "Windy Gulch"? Mummy Mountain is the only mountain completely within the town limits of Paradise Valley. The original owner of the land thought it looked like a "reclining mummy" on all sides. Now, this reclining mummy is the location of some of the most expensive homes in the state of Arizona.

Luxury Homes

Paradise Valley
"Paradise" may mean luxury homes and 1+acre estates just west of Scottsdale Arizona. The town's name along with all the other various entities bearing the same name comes from the expansive area known as Paradise Valley, that spreads from north of the Phoenix mountains to Cave Creek & Carefree on the north and the McDowell Mountains to the east. Not all properties or school districts that bear the name Paradise Valley are within the Paradise Valley town limits.
Residents attend schools in the Scottsdale Unified School District.

Town government is dedicated to preserving the residential character of the community. Residents enjoy and appreciate the peaceful and quiet surroundings, the open space, the dark nighttime sky and the unobstructed views of prominent geographical features – the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, Camelback Mountain, Mummy Mountain and the Indian Bend Wash.
The founders of Paradise Valley had a very special vision for our community. Today, residents and government officials diligently work to sustain that vision and keep our Town a "paradise." More information about the Town's vision, its values and strategic initiatives is available online. (Source May or Scott LeMarr from Town of Paradise Valley)
