The buyer trudges out of the home towards the car and the next showing. They say, &#8220;Well maybe a 6&#8230;the flooring was so dark, the backyard had no grass for the dog, the kitchen was dated, it was big though, otherwise I would have given it a 5&#8221;.&nbsp; I know this is not the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>But when the client really likes a home.
